Competence Certificate

General Information

The competence certificates can be issued by R.N.A.

Here are the cases when a certificate can be issued:

- the seaman already has a seaman book and is requesting re-registration or the reconfirmation of the competence certificate
- the appliant can get a competence certificate after an examination
- the appliant a job licence within the valability terms, and can request a new certificate

The documents required for the competence certificate issue:

- standard application
- a copy of the seaman book, needs to include number / name / personal data
- IMO certificate of graduation (original and copy)
- medical and psychological certificate
- study certificate (any)
- service card
- two passport photos
